After a long drive that was lots of fun, I finally got back to my beloved Rexburg. Sara, Sammi, and I departed on New Years Day and drove all day and night. I cruised through most of South Dakota and part of Wyoming. In Wall, South Dakota we all got little slurpies and they were yummy. Sara naturally had to use a coffee straw instead of a normal straw. In Montana we got some bad roads. I used to not believe that Montana State Troopers didn't exist but after seeing the headquarters and then seeing one trooper SUV at an accident I am not convinced that they are real. After Bozeman we took another highway Sammi and Sara mastered the snowy weather including some times that were like whiteouts.
Yesterday we had a "Birthday Party" for Ali. The boys stacked the sofas and Devyn, Brian Canada, Ben, and Nathan, Michelle, and I hid behind it. We had a green lemon cake. We all went to a classroom and watched the movie "Get Smart". A security guy came in and he just asked what movie we were watching. It was GREAT!!!
